Presenter Bio

Gwen Smukowski graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and completed an MBA from Lake Forest School of Management.

This combination of academic accomplishment combined with over two decades of dental experience helped found Continuity Consulting. Gwen developed and maintains her focus on the expansion and development of excellence in periodontal care and aesthetic/restorative team support. This focus on excellence and drive has taken her worldwide as an instructor and speaker on the subjects of laser-assisted periodontal health, practice management, operational excellence, leadership development, integrated marketing and team-based comprehensive dentistry.

Gwen brings this broad prospective of clinical, managerial, and academic experiences to her work. As a consultant, her focus is to inspire and empower dental teams with the current science, research, technology, and the systems necessary to reach new levels of growth and success for their practice.

Her postgraduate involvement includes the following membership, ADHA, Academy of Laser Dentistry and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Major Speaking engagements include American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, California Dental Association, Pacific Dental Conference, NJHPDI, Chicago Midwinter Meeting, Rocky Mountain Dental Conference, Star of the South Dental Conference and the ADHA Annual Conference.
