Rose Nierman, RDH Rose Nierman, RDH, has authored a software application for cross-coding from dental to medical. Along with more than seven manuals and 100 articles, Ms. Nierman has over 20 years of practical experience in both the clinical setting and practice management. Rose is the author of numerous publications and articles regarding dental to medical cross-coding, diagnostic and narrative reports and letter writing in the dental office. She is CEO of Nierman Practice Management and DentalWriterâ„¢ Software, a Dental Letter Writing System for Medical Insurance Reimbursement and Diagnostic Reports. Rose has also created CrossCodeâ„¢ Software and Fee Guide.

A nationally known speaker and recognized expert in the industry, Rose has been a featured speaker for many state, national and local dental organizations and currently sponsors seminars on medical billing for dentists and implementation of sleep apnea appliances. Her specialty relating to communications with insurance carriers, patients and other health care providers has helped thousands of dental practices with reimbursement and practice building.
