Cathy Sundvall Cathy Sundvall currently serves as a consultant, trainer and lecturer for orthodontic practice enhancement. For over 34 years, Cathy has immersed herself in improving the performance of orthodontic practices and their teams. Cathy has worked in all practice positions giving her valuable insight to assist orthodontic teams to increase practice organization, efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of patient customer service, clinical techniques, office operations, new patient processes, team building, and practice leadership, management, and marketing.
