Dr. George Warga graduated Dental School from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in 1985. He is very active in a variety of Dental Societies and Study Clubs and lectures frequently. In 2002 he was honored as a Pankey Scholar. He is a member of the American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics, the Academy of Pankey Scholars, the America Equilibration Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the ADA, the Chicago Dental Society and the Illinois State Dental Society. He has organized and founded study clubs in Chicago, Cleveland, Milwaukee, and Hudson,WI. Additionally, Dr. Warga lectures and teaches comprehensive dentistry to numerous international and local dental organizations and study clubs. He serves on the Lead Faculty, Advisors Committee, and Provost Committee at the world renowned L.D. Pankey Institute for post-graduate advanced dental education. Additionally he has lectured to international audiences at the
America Academy of Restorative Dentistry Annual Meeting in Chicago, Academy of General Dentistry Annual Meeting in Baltimore, the Chicago Midwinter Meeting and the Gathering of Eagles in Miami. He is an AGD accredited speaker and founder of AGD/PACE approved Lifetime Functional Restorations and Aesthetics.
Dr. Warga maintains a private practice in Chicago’s North Shore suburb of Winnetka, Illinois with an emphasis on prosthetics, implants, esthetics and occlusal function. He organized the Pankey Dental Access Days in Chicago to provide dental services to the underprivileged. Dr. Warga is a Village Trustee in Northfield, Illinois. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his three children, traveling, golfing, platform tennis, softball, skiing, basketball, tennis, and fishing. Dr. Warga has owned a Lava C.O.S. for over a year and has completed well over 150 cases. |
