Presenter Bio
Dr. Lisa Powell Dr. Lisa Powell received her D.D.S. in 1992 from the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry. She graduated first in her class by attaining the highest scholastic record. At the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry, Dr. Powell completed her post-graduate training in Advanced Education at the General Dentistry Program. Dr. Powell maintains a private practice in Esthetic and Comprehensive Restorative Dentistry, located in Saline, Michigan. She is committed to providing patients with the highest quality dental care. Her goal is to continue her dental education and strive to create beautiful smiles, both esthetically and functionally. Private practice has allowed Dr. Powell to restore many esthetically challenging cases and follow them long term. She believes in teaching through patient examples and demonstrating the compromising issues dentists are faced with everyday.

Dr. Powell lectures regionally and teaches hands-on programs involving all aspects of esthetic dentistry. She incorporates video-taped procedures of her patients into her educational programs. Dr. Powell shows the benefits of using digital photography in creating smile designs and uses patient photos in a step-by-step process.
