Carol Eaton has been involved with the dental/orthodontic community for many years; celebrating her 35th year this June 2011. With a strong background of “hands-on experience” as a registered dental assistant, treatment coordinator, and marketing liaison, she brings a wealth of information to her consulting and speaking engagements. She recently has re-joined the workforce with a dynamic Damon practice in her home town utilizing her skills as both a treatment and marketing coordinator. As an accomplished speaker, Carol has lectured at regional, national, and international orthodontic programs since 1992 and is best known for her empowering verbal skills and motivational message.
